Whenever you stumble over a mistake make sure you ponder over it. Find the causes of the mistake, the reason you made it and the consequences. Think and reflect. Give some time to your unwanted & undesirable productions. Analyze your decisions and behavior on regular basis. More than regretting your mistakes you should learn from them. It is normal to make mistakes but demonic to not learn from them.
Never fail to accept your mistake. Do not wait for others to point out your mistakes. Never overlook your mistake. No matter how embarrassing it is to realize your mistake you must do it. It will always make you stronger and better. If mistakes are taken as teachers they can be a huge help. People who befriend their mistakes and try to defend it and prove it right are actually betraying their self esteem in the long term.
Making mistakes and trying to put-up with them is like defending a fake identity. Every time you try to cover-up your mistake with lies you make your personality weaker. If you make a lot of mistakes try to mend them instead of covering and overlooking them. People will know that you make mistakes but realize then, mend them. But if you will defend your mistakes, you will be known not only for doing wrong things but for also being a wrong person.
Never think it’s silly to repent and regret your follies, just because others do not. Remember you can lie to the world but not yourself, that’s how strong and honest people are from within ~ Dauntless and Truthful!
A little hope is enough to cover a long distance. Never loose hope. Always hope for the best. Hope is your walking stalk to your destination. Every morning, gift your soul, a little hope, to battle through all odds and to keep moving towards goodness. Life is giving you chance after chance in the form of each sweet breath you are taking.
A hopeful life is a life full of happiness and positiveness. With hope we can see rays of light even in the darkest night. Hope lets us feel the blissfulness of life even in the perils of challenges. Be hopeful, be strong. Every breath you take is a reason to hold onto the hope. Hope of being happy, hope of living a better life, and hope of making this world a better place.
Hope is the fruit of the tree of self consciousness, Self assessment, Self realization and self actualization. If you are not hopeful, you need to asses yourself, understand yourself and your purpose of life. Be true and honest to yourself. Reaffirm that you really aim to live a life with a sound purpose and to enjoy every breath you are taking.
Keep your eyes bright with HOPE. Keep your smile sweet with GRATITUDE. Keep your soul compassionate with KINDNESS. Keep your mind strong by betting LOVE for yourself!

There are times when you feel pointless doing things you are doing. You feel that your efforts are not going to take you any where. You seem to be doing things which are showing no benefits. You feel wearied and bored. Everything looks useless and you feel boxed.
You should take a break, have a zoomed out vision of what you are in. Think of everything that made you do things you have been doing. Consider all the associated benefits you have got so far. Ponder upon the other possibilities and there long term effects in your life.
Either you will realize that you have been heading towards a better future or you will find a new turn to success. In both the cases, you will end up doing things you consider valuable and rewarding.
If you can live a happy life without causing sadness or pain to others, you are living a successful life. Do not live a robotic life strictly tied to tasks and missions, live a free and spirited life. Enjoy the cool breeze, smell the sweet flowers, relish your favorite tea and listen to silence or tick-tock of the wall clock, see and capture that special smile on their face!
Sometimes we tend to feel bored with life which we have been living. If it’s rewarding and going in right direction keep moving on, just break the monotony! Treat yourself. Counsel yourself. Motivate yourself. And you will have a new energy and love for your routine work.

With 31 years and 10 months of experience in living life, I have learnt that, nothing but staying calm and being balanced in life makes you happy about being alive. Never loose yourself at the hands of negativity, gloom, and procrastination. Be healthy, be active and have control. Health is very important to enjoy life, to live a full and active life.
Do not get into the trap of expectations and desires. Keep counting and celebrating every moment you are alive. There are always reasons to be happy, look for them. If you can see, go see a sunset or a rose in bloom or twinkling stars above. If you can listen, go listen to a child, listen to the whispers of nature. Be happy, be calm and be kind. Reconsider people around you, not with the eyes of expectations but with the vision of compassion and empathy.
Make your day meaningful with whatever positive thing you can do. Keep smiling, look sweet, appreciate and help others selflessly. Be beyond success and failure, live to feel alive and relish every breath you are taking. See this world with eyes of compassion and forgiveness, never expect anything from others. Never expect others to love you, rather grab the opportunity, and love yourself incredibly, always take care of yourself, make sure you are happy each day of your life.
Life ends, issues remain! So many people have left us, forever; they too had problems and issues. So, remember to be happy. Remember to be grateful. Remember to be Kind and strong!
Life leads us to culs-de-sac many a times. There we stand and stare, regretting and repenting, every move and turn we took. Little do we know that these dead ends are the final full-stops of the current chapter. We have to ‘Pause’ and give a break, before we begin with the next chapter of life.
Sit at the dead end enjoy the view, introspect and re-frame yourself for the next chapter of your life. Plan well, and never regret your previous plans, they may have not given you a desirable outcome but they have taught you what you could not visualize at the beginning. They have taught you that possible out come of your thinking and planning which you couldn’t.
Dead ends disappoints those who loose themselves with every loss in life. Gains and losses, ups and and downs, this is how life navigates us, to the ultimate self we are to become. Now whenever life brings you to a cul-de-sac, remember, the road to happiness is down a cul-de-sac!
Its about your people, whom you value, and at times value more than they value you. You see everything as a threat for them. You try to keep them under your wing to ensure their safety and well-being. These little people grow completely unaware of the battles and heat you dealt with.
The people who wanted to harm them and disliked them, dislike you more, for always standing against them and keeping them at bay. Your people only get see what you have changed and what you have already over powered for them. They always tend to think that its nothing like what you have been warning them of.
Never protect people, let them face it all, or else they will always be ungrateful for what you did, rather they will take you as a jealous person. By the time you have had diverted all the animosity towards yourself for standing strong and tall for your people, they too will dislike you!
When people get out of walls they feel fresh and bright. No body ever appreciates a wall! No body ever thanks a wall!
Don’t be a wall! As people say “walls divide”, and they forget that it has been protecting them too!!
Heal up and become healthy! You must not be bed ridden to actually think of getting healed up. Just sit, close your eyes, relax and think that what your purpose of living is. Question yourself that, are you actually working on it, for it. You will definitely find that you are dissipating a lot of your potential to insignificant things.
Healing up is both physical and internal process it involves both an external improvement and an internal betterment. The process of getting heal up would thus, need both types of changes i.e., outward and inwards. Improve your way of living and behaving, practice integrity and empathy! Empathy makes you valuable and integrity makes you wanted. For internal betterment focus on your way of feeling and thinking. Feel good and think good about yourself and others. Good thinking saves you from the energy dissipation in the form of being jealous, insecure, frustrated and what not!
Heal up your mindset to be more goals oriented. Heal up your physical actions to maximize your potential. Heal up so that you may become healthy enough to reach your purpose of life. Live each as day as step towards a more fulfilling life, a more healed up and healthier life!
Life is beautiful when you completely heal yourself of negativity and friction. Wellness begins when you heal up internally from all negativity. Heal your outlook, so that you may never respond to things which create friction. When you will be completely healed up you will float and bask in the amazing and ever changing flow of life.
